Kindergarten Registration Information To register your child for a kindergarten program, please contact the school. We require the following documentation:         Proof of Age         Yellow Immunization Record Card         Proof of Permanent Residence         Custody Documention (if applicable)           Please call the office (519-364-1891) to book an appointment with either the office manager or principal, to discuss registering your child.
